Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we don't currently ship to countries outside of the UK. We do hope to expand shipping options soon, so keep checking back!

How often should I use Raw and Original's shampoo and conditioner?

We recommend washing your hair 1-2 times a week if you are experiencing hair loss or dryness. However, our formula is gentle enough for daily use and can be used as often as needed to keep your hair healthy and nourished.

The shampoo does not lather like normal shampoos. Why is this?

Our shampoo is sulfate-free, which means it doesn't produce the same amount of lather as traditional shampoos that contain sulfates. However, it still effectively cleanses your hair and scalp without stripping them of natural oils, leaving your hair soft, healthy, and refreshed.

Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

We can accept returns that are still in their sealed and unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt. Simply message our customer service team with your order number and proof of return receipt. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage. Once we receive the returned product, we'll process the refund promptly.
